HCC offers one-day landlord code enforcement workshop

Hagerstown Community College’s Center for Continuing Education is offering a one-day workshop on code enforcement for Washington County landlords, on Nov. 3, from 5 to 8 p.m., in the Career Programs Building on HCC’s main campus.

Topics include the Washington County livability code, the Washington County permit process, Washington County zoning regulations, Washington County Health Department regulations, The City of Hagerstown code enforcement and zoning regulations, and lead paint registration requirements. Representatives from the Washington County Government, The City of Hagerstown Code Enforcement Offices, and the Washington County Landlord and Property Owners Association will also be present.
