HCC Alumni Association presents 2011 Community Citation Award


(Release: May 16, 2011) - Angela (Stull) Kendall, of Greencastle, Pa., was presented the 2011 Hagerstown Community College Alumni Association Community Citation Award at HCC’s recent Honors Convocation. This award confers special recognition to a 15-year graduate of HCC for volunteer service to the community.

Kendall graduated from HCC in 1996 with an associate’s degree. She is an active volunteer with her community and her church. For the past three years, she has served as a counselor at the Royal Family Kids Camps, which serves abused, abandoned, and neglected children ages seven to 11 years old. For her church, she regularly volunteers to assist with the youth group activities. She also volunteers her time with the “Back-to-School Expo” in Hagerstown and the Williamsport Red Men Club.
Kendall is employed as an ALR business analyst at Brethren Mutual Insurance in Hagerstown.
