Middle College Info Session held Aug. 31

HCC biotech instructor working with student

HCC will hold a special Saturday Information Session for current high school juniors and seniors about the new STEMM Middle College on Sat., Aug. 31, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon in the Administration & Student Affairs (ASA) Building.

In partnership with Washington County Public Schools, HCC is offering a new STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Medical) Technical Middle College (STMC) this fall that allows WCPS students to earn a minimum of 30 college credits while still in high school. Many students will be able to complete requirements for certificates and associate’s degrees by the time they graduate from high school.

Applications are being accepted now for the fall semester. Interested juniors and seniors (and their parents/guardians) are encouraged to come to the free information session to learn more about STMC.
