HCC to offer course on Maryland real estate

Hagerstown Community College’s Continuing Education and Business Services Division will offer “Real Estate Principles and Practices,” on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 6 to 9 p.m., beginning Sept. 24 and ending Dec. 5.
Approved by the State of Maryland Real Estate Commission, this 60-hour course will teach participants everything they need to know to pass the Maryland Real Estate Licensing Examination. Students must attend all classes and receive a 70 percent or better on the final examination in order to receive their certificate, which will allow them to take the state examination.
