English Club sponsoring two student trips

The HCC English Club is sponsoring two student trips this November: one to the Poe Evermore Dinner Theatre on Nov. 9 and one to the Baltimore Writers Conference on Nov. 16. These events are open to all HCC students. Deadline to register is Oct. 4.

Mount Hope Mansion in Manheim, Pa.

Join the HCC English Club for "...a wonderfully crafted performance of some of Edgar Allan Poe's greatest works."

  • Free event
  • Open to HCC students only
  • $10 deposit to reserve your space; money will be refunded to you on the day of the trip
  • The bus will leave the HCC campus at 8:45 a.m. and return at 6 p.m.
  • Lunch is provided in the Swashbuckler Pub

Baltimore Writers' Conference - Sat., Nov. 16

Join other writers for the 2013 Baltimore Writers' Conference featuring sessions on fiction, non-fiction, poetry, playwriting, screenwriting, the business of writing, and quick critiques, the BWC is the year's number one learning and networking opportunity for writers.
