Using Simulation to Improve Student Outcomes

This course is designed for nurse educators who work with simulation.  Information will be delivered via lecture, video, and hands-on activities.

 

Topics include:

  • Concepts of pre-briefing utilizing a Socratic questioning method
  • Debriefing questioning to maximize NCLEX success
  • Best practice for implementing a grading and remediation program in simulation
