HCC's Police Academy will host the inaugural 2016 Conference of the Maryland Tactical Officers Association (MDTOA), from September 18 to 20.
The MDTOA is a non-profit professional association which was founded to allow law-enforcement officers in all capacities to network, share ideas, and ultimately enhance their safety and professionalism through education and training.
Keynote speaker, radio and television personality Ed Norris, will address the membership. Training courses in firearms, tactical medicine, undercover survival, and edged weapons defense will be conducted. Participants may choose from a variety of classes on each day.
To be eligible for the conference, participants must be sworn law enforcement officers in any jurisdiction. More information and a link to registration can be found at http://mdtoa.us/annual-conference.html.
