(October 10, 2019)— Students in Hagerstown Community College’s elements of dramatic production class will perform two one-act plays in the Kepler Black Box Theater at HCC on Oct. 25 and Oct. 26 at 8 p.m.
“Trifles,” by Susan Glaspell, is a murder mystery play seen as an early example of a feminist drama. “The Sandbox,” by Edward Albee, is a satire based on false values and the lack of love and empathy in the American family. Production made possible through special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service, Inc.
General admission is $2 and free for HCC students, faculty, and staff. Seating is limited and tickets are required for entry. Tickets will be available at the door or to obtain tickets online, visit https://hcckepler.square.site/.
