(November 20, 2018) — Students in Hagerstown Community College’s elements of dramatic production class will perform three one-act plays in the Kepler Black Box Theater at HCC on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 at 8 p.m., and Dec. 2 at 2:30 p.m.
These plays explore love, lust, and loss. “Aria Da Capo,” by Edna St. Vincent Millay, is a Pulitzer Prize-winning play known for its intensity and universal appeal. “Of Poems Youth and Spring,” by John Logan, is a romantic play with four scenes that correspond to the seasons the year. “The Diary of Adam and Eve,” by Mark Twain, and adapted for the stage by Mark Bucci, is an enchanting new look to the first battle of the sexes.
General admission is $2 and free for HCC students, faculty, and staff. Seating is limited and tickets are required for entry. To obtain tickets online, visit www.hagerstowncc.edu/productions. For more information, contact Professor Mike Harsh, producer, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
