Student Government Association accepting applications

(April 11, 2018) The HCC Student Government Association (SGA) is currently accepting applications for the 2018-2019 Academic Year. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, April 18. 

HCC students in good academic standing with at least 12 credits and a 2.5 GPA are eligible to run for an SGA officer position. Senators need at least a 2.5 GPA. Current open positions include President, Vice president, Secretary, Treasurer and Senators.

The SGA is a vehicle for involvement in the college and acts as the official student representative body. The SGA serves as the voice of the student body on issues concerning campus life and participates in shaping policies and student regulations.
