Technical Innovation Center to host entrepreneur event

(May 19, 2017) – The Technical Innovation Center at Hagerstown Community College will host the Spring Entrepreneur Extravaganza 2017 on Thursday, June 8, from 7:30 a.m. to noon, on the HCC campus.

Attendees will hear from Herbert Jordan, deputy secretary of the Governor’s Office of Minority Affairs; Robert Moreno of the Baltimore Business Center, an expert on U.S. trade and export; and Rick Rando, a national public speaker and owner of one of the largest open space martial arts studios in the country.

The program will include tips for growing and expanding a business and a discussion on the sales pipeline, from lead generation to the closing deal. Participants will have the opportunity to chat with Rando, pitch their business ideas for audience feedback, and network with other attendees.
