(May 30, 2018)— The Hagerstown Community College Alumni Association will host the U.S. Air Force Heritage Brass Ensemble as part of its annual Red, White and Blue Concert Series, on Sat., June 9, at 6:15 p.m., in HCC’s Alumni Amphitheater.
The U.S. Air Force Heritage Brass Ensemble is comprised of 10 brass players and a percussionist. Known for both its exhilarating and intimate programs, the band performs a diverse repertoire featuring orchestral transcriptions, patriotic favorites, jazz standards, new compositions, and distinctive arrangements.
Sponsored by the Hagerstown-Washington County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Korean War Veterans Association Chapter 312, Joint Veterans Council, Amvets Riders Chapter 10, and Forty & Eight Voiture 651, this concert is free and open to the public. Concessions will be available for purchase. Please note that no outside food is permitted on the amphitheater grounds and concerts are subject to change by the U.S. Military.
