(May 15, 2019) – Volleyball camp will be offered at Hagerstown Community College this summer, for students in grades four through 12. Camp will be held Monday, July 22, through Thursday, July 25 in the ARCC at HCC.
Students entering grades four to eight will attend camps from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and students entering grades nine to 12 will attend from 1 to 4 p.m. Cost is $110 per camper for four days.
The goal of the camp is to develop essential volleyball skills including passing, serving, setting, and hitting. There will be a focus on offensive and defensive systems, game strategies, and team bonding. The camp will be led by HCC Head Volleyball Coach Leah Pongratz, assistant coaches Rebecca Morgan and Brooke Morgan, as well as the 2019-20 Hawks Volleyball Team.
