HCC's SGA will host a free showing of Walt Disney’s animated superhero action comedy, “Big Hero 6,” on Friday, January 30, at 7 p.m., and Saturday, January 31, at 1 p.m., in the Kepler Theater.
The LSC will host a free workshop series on navigating the college website and organization/time management skills from Jan. 27-Jan. 31. Workshops are open to all HCC students.
(Release: January 15, 2015)— Hagerstown Community College recently announced its dean’s list for the fall 2014 semester. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must be attending school full-time (12 credits or more) and must maintain a GPA of 3.5 and above.

(Release: January 13, 2015)—Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), the national honor society at Hagerstown Community College, recently inducted 50 new members.
HCC began its fourth Police Academy session on Monday, Jan. 12. The current class runs through June 26, 2015. Sessions are held twice annually.
Renovation and expansion of the existing Student Center began on Sept. 12, 2014. The renovation will continue throughout the next year and will finish in fall 2015. To learn more about the project, please visit www.hagerstowncc.edu/student-center.
(Release: January 8, 2015)— The Hagerstown Community College Alumni Association is currently seeking vendors and exhibitors for its annual Flower & Garden Show, which will be held on Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15, 2015, at the college’s Athletic, Recreation and Community Center (ARCC).
From Feb. 25 through March 18, the Washington County Health Department will offer free "Tobacco Free for Life" workshops every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Student Center.
HCC will hold its annual Martin Luther King Jr. Diversity Celebration on Monday, Jan. 19, from 1 to 3 p.m., in the Kepler Theater. Please note that no classes are held on MLK Day and administrative offices are closed.
