U.S. Air Force Band “Max Impact” to perform June 22 at HCC

The U.S. Air Force Max Impact is a new six-member ensemble group under the direction of Senior Master Sergeant John Robert Henley and features two vocalists, as well as a four-piece rhythm section. They will perform on June 22 in the Alumni Amphitheater.

U.S. Air Force Heritage Brass Quintet to perform at HCC

The U.S. Air Force Heritage Brass Quintet was originally formed in 1973 and offers a blend of music that spans more than 350 years, drawing from classical and jazz selections, as well as popular music and patriotic pieces. The quintet's versatility stems from their diverse educational backgrounds and professional experiences.

U.S. Air Force Concert Band and Singing Sergeants to perform at HCC

The U.S. Air Force Concert Band is the largest symphonic wind ensemble in the United States Air Force Band. The Concert Band presents more than 100 concerts annually and performs a wide variety of music from light classics, popular favorites, and instrumental features, to classical transcriptions and original works.

U.S. Air Force Silver Wings perform at HCC

Silver Wings is a seven-member classic and contemporary country band under the direction of guitarist Master Sergeant Matthew Ascione. Based in the greater Washington D.C. area, the Silver Wings are regularly featured at the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, and the White House, and have performed all over the United States.

HCC’s Red, White and Blue Summer Concert Series Announced

The HCC Alumni Association recently announced the concert schedule for the fourth annual Red, White and Blue Summer Concert Series. All concerts are free, open to the public, and will be held in HCC’s Alumni Amphitheater.

HCC announces seminars for 14th Annual Flower & Garden Show

HCC's 14th Annual Flower & Garden Show will be held on Sat., March 15, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sun., March 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the ARCC.

Alumni Association hosts bus trips to major cities

HCC's Alumni Association is hosting two bus trips this spring, one to the Philadelphia Flower Show and another to New York City.

HCC Alumni Flower and Garden Show

The 14th Annual Flower and Garden Show will be held on Saturday, March 15, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, March 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A variety of vendors will take part in the show, named as one of the area’s premier events.

HCC holds 15th annual golf tournament

Cost is $125 per person and includes cart and greens fees, cart lunch, snacks, refreshments, buffet dinner catered by Outback Steakhouse, and individual and team prizes. Participants will also have chances to win a new automobile, cash, cruise and airline tickets, Bahamas vacation, gift certificates, golf equipment and more.
