HCC Alumni Association presents 2011 Community Citation Award

Alumni Association President with 2011 Alumni Award recipient.

Angela (Stull) Kendall, of Greencastle, Pa., was presented the 2011 Hagerstown Community College Alumni Association Community Citation Award at HCC’s recent Honors Convocation. This award confers special recognition to a 15-year graduate of HCC for volunteer service to the community.

Annual Summer Concert Series continues

The seventh annual Red, White and Blue Summer Concert Series will run from June 1 through Aug. 31. The next concert, featuring the U.S. Navy Cruisers, will be held on Tues., June 21.

Md. Defense Force Band performs

The Maryland Defense Force Band will perform at 4:30 p.m. as part of the Seventh Annual Red, White, and Blue Summer Concert Series.

All concerts are free, open to the public, and will be held in HCC’s Alumni Amphitheater. Concessions will be available for purchase. Please note that no outside food is permitted on the amphitheater grounds.

HCC's Alumni Association recently announced its seminar schedule for the HCC Alumni Association’s 17th Annual Flower & Garden Show to be held on Sat., March 12, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sun., March 13, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the ARCC.
