Welcome Back Week Begins!

Get the 411! The Student Government Association (SGA) will have information tables set up around campus featuring free coffee and donuts, from 8 to 10 a.m., and then free pizza and drinks, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Make sure to stop by the Student Center and fill out a Student Activities survey and get a  special prize!

Sponsored by HCC’s Student Government Association, Lollipopalooza is a back-to-school family fun day and kids’ dance party that features children’s music and events. This year's event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Alumni Amphitheater.

As part of the New Student Orientation for the fall 2009 semester, the SGA will be hosting an Ice Cream Social on Saturday, August 22 at 4:30 p.m. All students, staff, and faculty are welcome to attend and meet/greet the new students and their families. This is a free event and will be held in the Student Center.

Hagerstown Community College’s Student Government Association is hosting a family movie day on Sun., May 31, from 2 to 4 p.m. in HCC’s Kepler Theater. The movie day will feature the animated family film, “Monsters vs. Aliens,” starring the vocal talents of Reese Witherspoon, Kiefer Sutherland, Paul Rudd, and Renee Zellweger.

HCC's Student Government Association will host its annual Spring Fling, from Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24, in or around the College Center. All events are free and students are invited to attend.

The SGA Candidate Forum for the 2009-2010 officers will be held on Wed. April 15, from noon to 1 p.m., at the Hilltop Grill. Free chili and cornbread will be provided.
