The AARP Driver Safety Program is a defensive driver improvement class designed especially for motorists age 50 and older. The class teaches preventive measures to use when driving that saves lives and reviews normal changes in vision, hearing, and reaction time associated with aging. This course is provided in conjunction with the Washington County Commission on Aging and the AARP. To register, call Judy Brewer at 301-790-0275, ext. 220. Cost: $12 for AARP members, $14 for non-members, payable in person.
