The Washington County Health Department will offer a series of free "Tobacco Free for Life" workshops in October and November. All workshops will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Student Center.

This workshop will cover the stages of change, coping with triggers, addiction, motivation, and creating your own personal quit plan. Class participants are eligible to receive free nicotine patches and nicotine gum. The workshop is open to all employees, students, and the public. Refreshments will be served.
