Cake Decorating I
Part I of this fun new course focuses on frosting, borders, stars, shells, drop flowers, leaves, and writing. The course fee includes a kit of tubes, bags and other supplies. Please bring a sheet cake to the third class session and apply all of your cake decorating skills!
Cake Decorating II
Part II will feature sweet peas, rose buds, ruffles, figure piping and the basket weave. The course fee includes a kit of tubes and other supplies. Please bring a sheet cake to the third class session and apply all of your cake decorating skills! Attendance in Cake Decorating Part II will help you to apply the decorating skills taught in Part I.
Cake Decorating III
This course will feature how to stack, support and add a center filling to a cake. The flowers featured in this section are daffodil, chrysanthemum, lily of the valley, bachelor button, ribbon rose as well as a review of the flowers in levels 1 & 2. The fourth class session will focus on stacking, supporting, filling and decorating a cake using the skills taught in the all three decorating class levels. Core materials provided for this class.
