EDP Transcript Request Form

Transcripts for EDP students are issued by the state of Maryland, not HCC. The first transcript is free; additional copies are $3.00 each with checks payable to DLLR. Complete the form and bring it, in person, to LRC 348 along with a check. Please allow several weeks for processing.
