Curriculum/Courses Needed:
IST 102 Introduction to Information Technology   3 credits
GDT 112 Computer Graphics   3 credits
CAD 152 Computer-Aided Design I   3 credits

Program Description:
This sequence of courses is for students who need basic computer and drawing skills and entry-level skills in computer-aided design. Credits earned in the sequence can be applied toward a CAD certificate and the associate’s degree program.
  Related Jobs in the Region:
CAD programs and products are used in civil, environmental, structural and mechanical engineering, architecture, manufacturing, geographic information systems, electrical schematics, electronics, facilities and utilities planning and management. Program completers may apply for entry-level CAD positions in these industries.
