Fees:
Technology/lab fees as required by the College. Credit-by-exam testing is available for IST 101, IST 102, and IST 105.

Program Description:
This program is for students who wish to continue the customer service sequence and earn a certificate or for students who wish to expand their skills and knowledge for career purposes.

   Special Notes:
  • Involves activities such as operating office machines, giving information on events and procedures, answering questions about products and services, answering business telephone inquiries, interviewing people to obtain information, compiling and cataloging written information
  • Up to one month of on-the-job training and work experience; some college education may be preferred
