  • Students may need to have a skills assessment for ENG 101 and MAT 101 placement.
     
Program Description:
This certificate is for students interested in a sequence of courses which provide the technical skills for entry and advancement in a high performance manufacturing industry. Credits earned in this certificate can be applied toward a related associate of applied science degree in mechanical engineering technology or general engineering technician.
  Related Jobs in the Region:
Manufacturing/factory setting. Duties may include set up (putting up parts, set up of fixtures and jig, finding center and setting up coordinates), running a CNC machine, programming, assembly line work, etc.
