Working on my dissertation: Leading the Pack: Effective Supervision of Adjunct English Faculty in Maryland Community Colleges.
Education and History:
West Chester University, where my primary pursuits involved socializing and partying. Towson State University, where I become more serious and graduated cum laude with a degree in mass communications/journalism and minors in speech and English. Shippensburg University, where I became super-serious and obtained a master's degree in English. Capella University, where I am currently finishing my doctorate in Leadership in Higher Education.
