Foundation scholarships available for HCC students
(March 9, 2021) – Hagerstown Community College’s College Advancement Office is now accepting applications for scholarships offered through the HCC Foundation. The deadline for the 2021-2022 academic year is Tuesday, June 1.
The Foundation Scholarship Committee awards a number of scholarships each with its own criteria and dollar amounts, in the fall and spring semesters of each academic year, to students enrolling in at least six credits with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. Scholarships are based on criteria such as financial need and academic promise.
To be considered, students must complete the 2021-2022 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) at https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/fafsa. Hagerstown Community College’s school code for the FAFSA is 002074.
