Enjoy a full day of golf, food, refreshments, prizes, and fun while supporting Hagerstown Community College.

Tournament Cost

$175 per player

The tournament offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities for businesses and supporters who would like to promote their organization while benefiting Hagerstown Community College.

Tournament Sponsor — $10,000

• Recognition as the presenting sponsor for the tournament
• 8 rounds of golf (includes the full golf package for each player)
• 4 “Par-Tee on the Green” registrations (includes lunch, snacks, beer/soda, raffle ticket)
• Full-page advertisement in the tournament program
• Business name or logo on all player score cards
• Business name on the course
• Business name or logo on two golf carts

Meal Sponsor — $3,500

• Recognition as the meal sponsor for the entire tournament
• One full-page advertisement in the tournament program
• Four rounds of golf (includes the full golf package for each player)

Beverage Sponsor — $2,000

• Recognition as the beverage sponsor on both beverage stations
• One half-page advertisement in the tournament program
• Business name or logo on one golf cart

Par-Tee on the Green Sponsor — $2,000

• Four rounds of golf (includes the full golf package for each player)
• Four “Par-Tee on the Green” registrations (includes lunch, snacks, beer/soda, raffle ticket)
• Business name on course
• One half-page advertisement in the tournament program
• Business name or logo on one golf cart
• Special recognition as the “Par-Tee on the Green” sponsor

Corporate Sponsor — $1,000
