Before submitting a supplemental application for a health sciences program, you must first apply for admission to HCC.
Applications and all required documents for the Computed Tomography Program must be submitted to the college by August 15 for the fall semester and December 15 for the spring semester. Information received after the deadline will be considered for the following semester.
In order to be considered for admissions into the CT program, you must submit the following documentation as a Current HCC Radiography Student: CT supplemental application; official college transcripts from all colleges attended. Students who completed courses at HCC do not need to submit official HCC transcripts.
For all other students, please submit: HCC admissions application; CT supplemental application; official transcript showing completion of a degree in radiography; copies of your certifications (ARRT); current curriculum vitae or resume with your application (must include current and previous health care positions).
