Registration Appeal Form

Students may need to file an appeal when extraordinary circumstances have prevented them from dropping their classes by the established deadline. Depending upon the situation, students can appeal for a late drop, a late audit, a late withdrawal, or a refund appeal. Along with the Registration Appeal Form, students are required to submit a written statement and to provide relevant documentation to support their request. The Director of Admissions and Registration will respond to your appeal in writing. HCC’s complete appeal policy is found in the college catalog under the section “Paying for College.”
