The Records Office maintains student transcripts in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) as amended. Official transcripts are sent directly to the student, institutions and other agencies as requested by the student in sealed envelopes. Students must submit a transcript request form to the Records Office to release the transcript.
Students may:
- use the transcript request form on WebAdvisor
- fax the transcript request form that is downloadable from the web site
- or stop by the Records Office in the ASA, Room 403. The office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30 pm and the fax number is 301-791-9165.
Transcripts are normally processed within 24 hours. During peak periods, please allow for additional time. Transcripts are provided free to students. Students can request up to 10 transcripts a semester.
