(April 10, 2014) - Hagerstown Community College’s Pi Theta chapter was recently recognized as a Gold Chapter at the 27th Annual Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Regional Convention in Galloway Township, N.J. The Gold Chapter distinction is earned through the completion of service learning projects intended to aid both the college community, as well as community members in the surrounding area.
Students at Hagerstown Community College are eligible to apply for a variety of Regents Scholarships that are currently available for the 2014-2015 academic year. Deadline to apply is May 23.
(April 3, 2014) - The deadline to apply for an internship for the summer 2014 semester is Sunday, April 13. In order to be eligible for an internship, students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and must have completed at least half of their program requirements.
(April 2, 2014) - Two Hagerstown Community College students recently won regional and state student officer positions with the international Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society.

Book Buyback for the spring 2014 semester will be held from April 30 through May 9. Only books purchased through the HCC Campus Store (Bookstore) may be sold back during the buyback period.
(April 2, 2014) - Finals for the spring 2014 semester will be held from April 30 through May 6. The final exam schedule can be viewed at www.hagerstowncc.edu/academics/final-exam-schedule. Spring classes end May 6.
(April 2, 2014) - The Learning Support Center (LSC) will host a series of workshops on Final Exam study skills for students from April 15 through April 18, 2014.
Registration for fall 2014 classes began April 28, 2014. Search for classes and register online via WebAdvisor. Fall classes start August 26.
(April 1, 2014) - Hagerstown Community College will conduct its annual Criminal Response Emergency Assessment Scenario (CREAS) training event on Saturday, April 12, 2014, beginning at 8:30 a.m., on HCC’s main campus.
HCC will be closed for Memorial Day on May 25, 2015. No classes will be held and all administrative offices will be closed.Monday, May 25, 2015 (All day)
