  • Summer internship deadline - April 13

    (April 3, 2014) - The deadline to apply for an internship for the summer 2014 semester is Sunday, April 13. In order to be eligible for an internship, students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and must have completed at least half of their program requirements.

  • SGA applications due April 7

    (April 2, 2014) - Do you want to make a difference on campus for the 2014-15 school year? Run for HCC’s Student Government Association. Available positions include:

    • President
    • Vice President
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • Senator (there are four senator positions)

  • Book Buyback - April 30 to May 9

    Book Buyback for the spring 2014 semester will be held from April 30 through May 9. Only books purchased through the HCC Campus Store (Bookstore) may be sold back during the buyback period.

  • Final Exam Study Skills Workshops

    (April 2, 2014) - The Learning Support Center (LSC) will host a series of workshops on Final Exam study skills for students from April 15 through April 18, 2014.

  • Fall registration now underway

    Registration for fall 2014 classes began April 28, 2014. Search for classes and register online via WebAdvisor. Fall classes start August 26.

  • CREAS Mock Trauma Event - April 12

    (April 1, 2014) - Hagerstown Community College will conduct its annual Criminal Response Emergency Assessment Scenario (CREAS) training event on Saturday, April 12, 2014, beginning at 8:30 a.m., on HCC’s main campus.

  • Relay for Life - April 11

    (March 31, 2014) - The American Cancer Society's "Relay for Life for Washington County Colleges" will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014, beginning at 6 p.m., in the ARCC. Registration is $10. Survivors are celebrated and honored at Relay For Life and can register for free. This event is open to students, staff, faculty, and the public.

  • Middle College Info Session - April 24

    (March 28, 2014) - Program information sessions for the STEMM (science, technology, engineering, math, medical) Technical Middle College at Hagerstown Community College will be held on Thursday, April 24 and Thursday, May 22, 2014, from 4 to 6 p.m., in the STEM Building.

  • Spring Break 2015 - No Classes Held

    Spring Break will be held for faculty and students from March 8 through March 14, 2015. No classes will be held during that time.

    Administrative offices will remain open from March 9 through March 12 of that week, but will close for staff spring break on March 13. The entire campus will be closed on March 13, 2015.

  • CREAS Mock Trauma Training Event

    The Annual CREAS Mock Trauma Event for graduating students in the nursing and health sciences programs will be held on April 18, 2015, beginning at 8 a.m. This event is for students and faculty only and is not open to the public.
