  • Irish Folk Music Concert - March 17

    HCC's SGA will hold a special concert to celebrate Irish American Heritage Month on Tuesday, March 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the Student Center lounge. Event includes free lunch. Open to students, staff, and faculty.

  • V-Day: One Billion Rising Revolution - March 26

    Students in HCC’s NOW and Spectrum Clubs will co-sponsor “V-Day: One Billion Rising Revolution,” on Thursday, March 26, from 6 to 9 p.m., in the Student Center. This event is free and is open to the public. 

  • Summer Job & Internship Fair - March 25

    A summer job and internship fair will be held on Wednesday, March 25, from 11 a.m to 1 p.m. in the Career Programs Buildings, rooms 211-213. This event is free and is open to HCC students.

  • Hub City Teen Writers Institute offered this summer at HCC

    (Release: March 12, 2015)—As part of the third annual Mid-Atlantic Fiction Writers Institute (MAFWI) at Hagerstown Community College, HCC will also offer a special weekend writing institute for teen writers between the ages of 13 and 19.

  • David and Lisa on stage - March 27-29

    Students in HCC's “Elements of Dramatic Production” class will perform a free showing of “David and Lisa” from March 27 through March 29, in the Kepler Center. Open to the public.

  • Website & Online Services Maintenance - March 13-14

    On Friday, March 13, and Saturday, March 14, HCC's Information Technology Department will be upgrading its server systems. The college website, Moodle, WebAdvisor, and email will be offline while the upgrade is completed. Services will be restored by March 15.

  • Into the Woods - March 20-21

    HCC’s SGA will host a free showing of Walt Disney’s hit musical, “Into the Woods,” on Friday, March 20, at 7 p.m., and Saturday, March 21, at 2 p.m., in the BSH auditorium. Admission is free. Open to the public.

  • HCC-WCPS STEM Festival - April 11

    The 2015 STEM Festival will be held on Saturday, April 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at HCC and will feature science exhibits and demonstrations, hands-on activities, and academic competitions for K-12 students.

  • Summer registration now underway

    Registration for summer 2015 classes starts March 16, 2015. Register online via WebAdvisor beginning at 6 a.m. Summer classes start May 11.
