Students in Janet Salter’s portraiture and figure drawing classes at Hagerstown Community College will feature their works at the Washington County Arts Council, in an upcoming show entitled, “Body and Soul.” The show will open with a reception on March 30, from 5 to 7 p.m., and run through May 2.
The Internship and Job Services Department at Hagerstown Community College will host its annual Summer Job and Internship Fair on Wednesday, March 29, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Student Center.

The Student Financial Aid Office at Hagerstown Community College would like to make students aware of an issue with the U.S. Department of Education Federal Student Aid FAFSA process. The IRS Data Retrieval Tool will be unavailable for several weeks. Students completing the FAFSA can manually input tax information. (Note: The 2017-18 FAFSA requires 2015 tax info, not 2016.)
Hagerstown Community College will offer a Cybersecurity Institute this summer for area high school students and 2017 graduates. This competitive seven-week program provides three college credits at the completion of the summer program.

It will be held from June 20 to July 27, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 1 to 3 p.m., on HCC’s main campus.
Applications are now being accepted for the next class of the Hagerstown Community College Police Academy. This class starts July 3, 2017 and runs through December 15. The application deadline is May 15, 2017.
