HCC receives grant from Appalachian Regional Commission

The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) recently announced approval of a grant in the amount of $197,331 to Hagerstown Community College for “Blueprints to Success: Expanding Apprenticeship and Skilled Trades Programs.”
