The Washington County Career Expo connects students, job seekers, and career changers with local employers, training programs, and educational resources. This event supports workforce development in our region and empowers participants to explore career pathways and build a stronger future.

This event attracts nearly 150 employers and over 1,000 jobseekers. We are anticipating another successful event that will showcase the vibrant opportunities available to the greater Hagerstown community.

Representatives from local employers, Hagerstown Community College, local 4-year educational institutes, local employment agencies, and military organizations will be in attendance.

Students, Alumni, and Community Job Seekers

Pre-registration is not required; however, will be appreciated so we can plan for your participation. You are strongly encouraged to dress professionally and bring printed copies of your resume to the event.

Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest to participate at the Career Expo. Vendor registration will open January 9, 2026. Please come back here to register. All vendors will be required to be a Registered Employer on HCC’s online job board, College Central Network.

All interested employers are welcome to register now as an Employer on HCC’s online board with College Central Network at www.collegecentral.com/hagerstown/. Registered employers are able to post job and internship opportunities, which are available for HCC students and alumni to view and apply to through the platform.

All vendors approved to participate must submit their organization’s Certificate of Insurance and HCC Career Expo Facility Use Agreement no later than March 6, 2026 to lscafide@hagerstowncc.edu.
