Hagerstown Community College will host a STEM Festival on Saturday, October 12, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., on the campus of HCC. The 2019 STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) Festival will feature science exhibits and demonstrations, hands-on activities and competitions for K-12 students, and more.
The Nursing Program at Hagerstown Community College recently received an award from The Maryland Clinical Simulation Resource Consortium (MCSRC). The total amount of the award was $45,269.

Hagerstown Community College’s Alumni Association will host its annual Alumni & Friends Cruise in spring 2020. The 12-night cruise will be held from May 3 through May 16, 2020, aboard Princess Cruise Line’s “Regal Princess.”

(August 13, 2019)— The Hagerstown Community College Alumni Association will host the U.S. Navy Commodores as part of its annual Red, White and Blue Summer Concert Series, on Saturday, Aug. 17, at 6:15 p.m., in HCC’s Alumni Amphitheater.
The Workforce Solutions and Continuing Education Division at HCC recently awarded the American Management Association Certificate of General and Human Resource Management to 12 students. Each student completed the seven-course, 49-hour program at HCC’s Valley Mall Business Training Center.
HCC recently held its seventh annual TRIO Upward Bound Reception. The event represents an end-of-the-year celebration for the TRIO Upward Bound students and their achievements during the 2018-2019 school year.
