HCC's program includes:
- A thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and kinesiology
- Multiple massage modalities, including Swedish massage, spa therapies, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), sports massage, joint mobilization, and the clinical assessment of pain conditions
- A solid foundation in auxiliary massage approaches, such as lymphatic drainage, reflexology, energetic bodywork, and relaxation techniques
- A deep exploration of ethics, professionalism, and the business side of massage
- Consistent and regular training in the effective and efficient use of the body as a massage therapist - to support a long and healthy career
- A supervised clinical practicum, where students will apply all that they have learned in a real-world environment while receiving professional guidance and coaching
