- Visit the password change page here
- Enter your username & initial password
- Enter new password, ignore Unicode, click "Finish"

- Login using your HCC Student Email Address
- You will be notified to provide more information, click Next
- Verify your phone, and/or alternative email and click finish

- Type your student email address in User ID, and fill out the security captcha, and click "Next"
- Select text or call phone option and fill out your mobile phone number, click "Next"
- Enter the verification code from your mobile phone, click "Next"
- Enter a new password, confirm, and click "Finish"
