Respondus Information for Faculty
Background/Purpose
Respondus was chosen as the automated proctoring solution for students testing at home. In combination with its patented Lockdown Browser, Respondus Monitor allows the possibility of remote testing while securing exam integrity.
Note there are two components to Respondus: Lockdown Browser and Monitor. Monitor is used for remote testing and requires the Lockdown Browser.
You may utilize the Lockdown Browser for D2L and Pearson exams administered in the Testing Center.
Students will be prompted to download the Lockdown Browser at the time they access their exam.
