Credit Registration Appeal Form

Students may need to file an appeal when extraordinary circumstances have prevented them from dropping their classes by the established deadline. Depending upon the situation, students can appeal for a late drop, a late withdrawal, or a refund appeal. Along with the Credit Registration Appeal Form, students are required to submit a written statement and to provide relevant documentation to support their request. The Records Office/Registrar will respond to your appeal in writing. HCC’s complete appeal policy is found in the college catalog under the section “Paying for College.”

Non-Credit (WSCE) Registration Appeal Form

This form is to be used only by Workforce Solutions and Continuing Education students seeking a refund after a course begins. Non-credit students may complete and submit the NON-CREDIT Online Registration Appeal Form and print a copy of the .pdf form and submit to the Dean of Students Office. Early College program appeals - contact cfk@hagerstowncc.edu for information; this form does not apply to Early College appeals.
