The Washington County Career Expo connects students, job seekers, and career changers with local employers, training programs, and educational resources. This event supports workforce development in our region and empowers participants to explore career pathways and build a stronger future.

This event attracts nearly 150 employers and over 1,000 jobseekers. We are anticipating another successful event that will showcase the vibrant opportunities available to the greater Hagerstown community. Representatives from local employers, Hagerstown Community College, local 4-year educational institutes, local employment agencies, and military organizations will be in attendance.

Students, Alumni, and Community Job Seekers

Jobseeker registration is FREE. Registered jobseekers will be able to use the Employer Profile Search feature prior to the event to research participating Employers and view job opportunities in advance. You are strongly encouraged to dress professionally and bring printed copies of your resume to the event.

Current HCC students have been pre-registered with College Central Network with their student email address and will need to sign-in to activate their account in order to complete the event registration. If needed, instructions were emailed to current students in early January.

Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest to participate at the Career Expo. Due to a high level of interest from local employers, vendor registration has reached capacity and is now closed.

If you missed registering and are interested in participating, please send an email to lscafide@hagerstowncc.edu requesting to be added to the waitlist. All vendors requesting to be added to the waitlist will receive an email confirmation (please allow 2 business days for the confirmation) that the request has been received. All vendors on the waitlist will be notified on Wednesday, March 25 to learn if they are accepted or not to participate. Please know any late registrations will not be included in the event program or promotional materials.

All interested employers are welcome to register as an Employer on HCC’s online board with College Central Network at www.collegecentral.com/hagerstown/. Registered employers are able to post job and internship opportunities, which are available for HCC students and alumni to view and apply to through the platform.

IMPORTANT: All participating vendors must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance and a Signed HCC Facility Use Agreement no later than March 13, 2026. Please submit both documents at the same time attached to an email to lscafide@hagerstowncc.edu.
