Students may have legitimate reasons for an unusual enrollment history; however, an unusual enrollment history requires a review. The Student Financial Aid Office will review submitted documentation to determine if the unusual enrollment history reasons are valid. Unusual Enrollment History Appeal Form (pdf 245 KB)
