Submitting Work Orders

Employees can submit work orders by emailing trackit@hagerstowncc.edu.

  • In the subject field provide a brief summary of the issue or request.
  • In the body of your email, please provide as much detail as possible of the issue or request. Please provide room locations, times, specific error messages, etc.
  • The work order will be received and assigned to a technician for resolution.
     

Access Wi-Fi

  1. Connect to HCC-Campus
  2. Use your HCC username and password
  3. Accept certificate, if using Android ignore and connect
