Student Password Reset
First Time Users
- Refer to your acceptance letter for your username and temporary password, then click here to change your password.
- This changes your password for all your accounts. Remember that your student email will take up to 15 minutes to update to a new password you create. You will be prompted in your email to enroll in the password reset. Directions are available in the enrollment document available here.
Current or Returning Student
- Directions for how to reset your password are available here. You can reset using the Microsoft Password Reset tool here.
- If you are still having issues, contact the IT Help Desk at hccit@hagerstowncc.edu, 240-500-2891, or via text at 240-329-4489.
- After receiving your temporary password, use this link to change your password.

Once your password is successfully changed, this will change it for all of your accounts except Datatel and VPN access.
