Real Estate Career & Professional Education Courses
			
  The state of Maryland requires a 60-hour pre-license course prior to taking the Maryland state licensing exam. The Principles and Practices of Real Estate I & II are taught by Maryland licensed Real Estate Agents. These courses provide the requirements of the Maryland Real Estate Commission.
Topics include:
- Contractual and Legal Aspects of Maryland Real Estate Transactions
 - Real Estate Ethics
 
Course Requirements:
- Students must be 18 years of age or older
 - ALL classes must be attended without exception; any classes that are missed will need to be made up prior to receiving a completion certification.
 - Students must receive a 70 percent or better on the final exam in order to receive a certificate to take the Maryland Real Estate state examination.
