HCC student awarded Maryland Law Enforcement Scholarship

Hagerstown Community College student Diana James, of Hagerstown, was recently awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Maryland Law Enforcement Officers, Inc.

James is an administration of justice major. Her goals include earning a bachelor’s degree and pursuing a career with the FBI or Secret Service.

Maryland Law Enforcement Officers is a professional non-profit organization headquartered in Baltimore. The scholarship was established for students in good academic standing who are planning a career in law enforcement and have financial need.
