The Mail Center is located in the Career Programs building, Room 138 and operates Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Mail Delivery/Pick-up

HCC Main Campus All – Mail (inter-campus, pre-stamped, and mail that needs postage) is picked up from each building every morning between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. Each day between 11:00 am and noon, USPS mail and inter-campus mail from the previous business day is delivered to each building. Packages delivered from Amazon, Fed Ex, Staples, UPS and USPS are delivered every afternoon usually starting around 2:00 pm. These packages are delivered to the individual office of the person addressed on the package.

Bowman Training Center – Mail and packages are delivered to the Bowman Center on Northern Avenue on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Personal Shipping

Personal mail and packages can be shipped out from the Mail Center. All packages are to be in a box or envelope, the Mail Center only stocks USPS Priority boxes for shipping. You must pay the shipping cost at the time the package is dropped off at the Mail Center using cash, check or credit card. Postage stamps are not sold in the Mail Center, they can be purchased in the Campus Store. Personal, pre-stamped mail can be dropped off in your local mail room.
