Student Pantry
HCC’s Student Pantry is located in Student Center room 163 and available to all current students, regardless of income. The pantry is stocked with non-perishable foods, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, baby supplies, as well as grab and go meals, snacks and drinks for between classes.
Students must show an HCC ID Card with a current semester sticker each visit, and can take up to 5 items/day from the upstairs pantry and up to 25 items/week from the downstairs storeroom (STC-21).
Spanish-language assistance is available during designated hours through a student staff member. Please ask at the pantry or email studentactivities@hagerstowncc.edu about current availability.
Hours
Room 163 Pantry Normal Hours:
Monday, 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Pantry Storeroom Normal Hours:
Monday – Thursday, noon – 3 p.m.
Donations
Donations can be brought to Student Center 163 during pantry hours, or left on the table outside of the office after hours. For more information, contact the Student Activities Office, 240-500-2602 or studentactivities@hagerstowncc.edu.
What Can I Donate?
The pantry accepts non-perishable foods and drinks, hygiene products, cleaning supplies and paper products. We also accept refrigerated or frozen donations. For specific items needed at this time, please view our Amazon wish list.

The goal of the Care Team is to serve as a resource for students who are in need of support beyond academics. The Care Team links students with resources in the community to provide needed assistance. Common areas of support include shelter/housing, counseling, and psychiatric assistance, among others.
