Serafini named to HCC board of trustees

Andrew A. Serafini has been appointed by Governor Wes Moore to serve a six-year term on the Hagerstown Community College board of trustees, effective July 1, 2026. He will replace trustee Austin Abraham who is stepping down after 18 years on the board, including two years as board chair.

Serafini was a member of the Maryland Senate from 2015 to 2020 and a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from 2008 to 2015.
